Collaboration
PRE-COLLABORATION CONTRACT
Congolese Web Radio-Television (WRTC) is a service of Studio ATL, one of the leading media production companies based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, operating in the media industry, including entertainment through audiovisual streaming.
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, WRTC operates a web radio and web television station working in collaboration with young local journalists, columnists, influencers, and communicators to create content for its platforms. The content thus created is the property of WRTC; as such, it manages its production, distribution, and sale in various formats.

Contributors are compensated with the status of "co-producer" and a percentage of sales profits, based on an initially and individually agreed quota. This quota is agreed on a case-by-case basis, unless tacitly renewed.

The collaboration with WRTC is not exclusive. Each party is free to collaborate with other partners during or after this agreement. This collaboration may be terminated at any time upon duly sending a request to the other party 30 days in advance.
This collaboration is for an indefinite period, but after three months, the collaborator is eligible for formal engagement by the WRTC if it deems it necessary. Learn more.
AUTHORIZATION, ASSIGNMENT AND LIABILITY
The contributor, whether a journalist, columnist, influencer, broadcaster, guest, or other contributor, agrees to authorize WRTC and/or its partners to broadcast all or part of their performances on its platforms, unless otherwise stated. Please note that the contributor can be anyone except an artist, manager, producer, or owner of a stage work. If so, they will need to submit the "Contributor" Support contract.
This authorization and assignment of rights does not imply liability for the content. In other words, the contributor is 100% and individually responsible for the content they make on our platforms.
