Collaboration
SUPPORT or CONTENT
COLLABORATION/CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT
In the Democratic Republic of Congo, Studio ATL operates under WRTC label, a web radio and web television station working in collaboration with young local journalists, columnists, influencers, and communicators to create content for its platforms. The content thus created is the property of WRTC; as such, it manages its production, distribution, and sale in various formats.

Under the term Collaboration or Contribution, we have two different options:
(1) Support, where Studio ATL co-create content with the contributor who actually participate in programs. This "Support-Contributor" is granted the title of "Co-producer" and may receive monetary compensation whenever available. In general, it will be an agreed flat rate.
(2) Content, where Studio ATL receive from a contributor a ready-created content for diffusion [Studio ATL may still need to modify/adapt the element format]. There is no co-creation or co-production here. This "Content-Contributor" may receive monetary compensation if they want to. In such case, further agreement will need to be discussed for details. Read more about Support and Content. You can pick only one.
(3) Shareholding, where Studio ATL shares the ownership of the entire business with the Contributor.

The collaboration with WRTC is not exclusive. Each party is free to collaborate with other partners during or after the current agreement. This collaboration may be terminated with no prejudice at any time upon duly request to other party 30 days in advance.
This collaboration is for an indefinite period but needs to be renewed every 6 months. If not renewed, after 12 months, it would be automatically temporarily suspended.

AUTHORIZATION, ASSIGNMENT AND LIABILITY
